(March 20, 2008) - Nextrio, a Tucson-based information technology and computer network consulting company, has partnered with the Arizona Small Business Association to host a computer recycling event on April 10, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Anyone with an old computer, monitor, printer or other piece of network equipment can bring it to the Crossroads Shopping Center at 4811 E. Grant Road. Pima Computer Recycling will refurbish salvageable computers and donate them to local community organizations and to those in need. The rest will be safely recycled. This service is free of charge and any donations are tax deductible. The Microsoft Across America Truck will also be at the event, courtesy of Nextrio. Visitors will have the chance to learn about Microsoft's latest innovations including Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007. There will be snacks and refreshments, keyboard cleaning brush giveaways and prize drawings for new Microsoft products.
