COMMITMENT TO SATISFACTION:
We pledge to you our commitment to 100% satisfaction. We know how important the smooth operation of your computers and networks are to the success of your business and we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of installation and repair time. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure you’ll be our customer again.
HARDWARE GUARANTEE:
Nextrio goes the extra mile to support the hardware products we purchase and install for your business. To that end, we include with every product purchased from us, our unique Hardware Guarantee. This guarantee entitles your business to:
- Complimentary evaluation and diagnosis of hardware failure within the original manufacturer’s warranty period.
- Complimentary shipping and handling of any manufacturer-authorized returns or repairs for products under original warranty.
- Complimentary order processing, tracking and confirmation of scheduled delivery date for any manufacturer’s replacement hardware.
Although there is no absolute protection against hardware failures altogether, with the Nextrio Hardware Guarantee, you get the peace of mind that comes from knowing that Nextrio will be there to help.
Please note the following guidelines and restrictions apply to the Nextrio Hardware Guarantee:
- The Guarantee includes diagnosis, shipping and return for complete hardware failure only as defined and supported by the original product manufacturer.
- Nextrio will gladly troubleshoot and provide an estimate to correct any other types of problems (including configuration changes, conflicts caused by installation or removal of drivers, applications or hardware, or other issues that arise after the initial product is delivered) at our standard hourly rate.
- We cannot extend this Guarantee beyond the expiration of the original manufacturer’s warranty as initially assigned to your company when Nextrio first purchased the product. Extended warranties purchased from the manufacturer or providers other than Nextrio will not be honored.
- Time spent on backups/recovery necessary because of hardware failures will be billed at our standard rate.
DEPOSITS & RETURNS:
Non-refundable deposits may be required for product purchases. Product returns, which are available within 10 days of delivery to the client, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
PAYMENT DUE:
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice or statement and becomes delinquent if not paid within 14 days of the receipt of invoice. It is understood that in the event we do not receive prompt payment, we shall not be required to perform any further services until we receive payment, whereupon we will resume our work as soon as the individuals working on your engagement become available. We shall not be responsible for any technical difficulties that may result from such a delay.
In the event of a billing dispute, you are obligated to contact Nextrio in writing within 30 days of the billing. If you do not, the work done and subsequent billing will be considered accepted, and all charges will stand as invoiced. A dispute with a portion of the bill does not affect the rest of the bill. All undisputed portions must be paid immediately.
