Cristie co-founded Nextrio. As managing partner and CEO, she is responsible for daily operations, sales, marketing and strategic planning. In 2010, Cristie was named Small Business Leader of the Year by the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Prior to starting Nextrio, she helped drive RightFax (now OpenText) product management as the company grew from $6 million to over $75 million in sales and became the number one network fax server product in the world.
Cristie earned a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
Bill is a Nextrio co-founder. He drives the strategic direction of customer technology and leads the on-site technical support teams for our customers. Bill is lauded for his problem-solving skills and innovations, awarded a U.S. patent for his work in communication and technology.
He previously spent eight years on the RightFax Executive Management Team as the head of Technical Support. Bill attended the University of Arizona and holds advanced certifications in Microsoft, VMware, and other cutting edge technologies.
As the CFO for Nextrio, Eric’s expertise in management, financial analysis and planning offers a considerable contribution to the organization’s strategy and success. Prior to joining Nextrio in 2008, he served as a manager at Moss Adams LLP, one of the nation’s largest accounting, risk management and control solutions practices.
Eric earned a BSBA in finance from the University of Arizona, in addition to a Master of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. He also hold a CPA license.
Oscar, a founding consultant, applies his programming and development expertise to technical infrastructure and product direction. Oscar leads Nextrio’s IT Audit group where he and a team of engineers create technology blueprints and roadmaps for clients that align with and support their business objectives.
As an expert in software development, Oscar was instrumental in the creation and design of dozens of retail and custom software applications, including the world’s leading network fax server software, RightFax. Oscar received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Arizona, and is a self-taught programmer. He also holds several advanced certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and other key technologies.
Jennie leads our technical account management team and provides business management expertise for clients and our own business. She develops product and service offering strategies that best meet the needs of clients. Jennie also manages the day-to-day operations of the Nextrio sales teams.
She has over ten years of experience in technical project management and business process analysis. Prior to joining Nextrio, Jennie worked at Madden Media in operational and project management roles. She is a Tucson native who earned both an undergraduate degree in anthropology and French, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
Megan leads the marketing efforts for Nextrio, applying her background working for diverse technology product and professional service organizations. Her role entails spreading the word about the hearts and brains that make Nextrio unique and special.
Megan’s prior experience includes marketing and operations for National University and practice manager for R.J. Watkins & Company, an executive recruiting firm in San Diego. She started her career in marketing at Raytheon Missile Systems Company and managed partner relationships for RightFax. Megan earned a BSBA and Master of Business Administration both from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, and also holds a PhD in General Business from Capella University.
Cathryn is responsible for human resources, AR/AP and purchasing. As a member of the management team, Cathryn offers critical insight on the development and success of Nextrio’s key asset, human capital.
Prior to joining Nextrio in 2004, she spent five years as the administrative and office manager at RightFax/Captaris. Cathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Carrie leads the team of engineers that provides day-to-day IT managed services to Nextrio’s customers. She’s responsible for the talented and dedicated dispatch, product delivery, and engineering staff who work daily to help customers with their technology needs.
Throughout her career at Nextrio, Carrie’s held numerous positions in project management, customer service, and account management. Prior to joining Nextrio, Carrie ran her own business and held key customer facing roles in both professional services, retail, direct sales and manufacturing organizations after attending the University of Arizona.
Steve heads up the project and consulting engineering team at Nextrio. He’s responsible for developing processes and best practices, professional development and training, and providing oversight to the team of engineers that provides IT projects and consulting services to customers.
Steve’s done it all at Nextrio, and his extensive background as an IT consultant is a tremendous asset to the team. Prior to his current role, his experience included support engineer, advanced consulting projects, IT audit and assessment projects, new product development, daily traffic management, and technical team leader. Steve graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing.
